24 days.
Raw, living, awake.

We rise at 3 a.m., meditate and set our intentions while the world sleeps. We press juice before the city wakes. We eat food that is High Frequency. We nourish and cleanse our minds and bodies — together.

Here's the deal

Twenty-four days. No dairy, no meat, no sugar, no caffeine, nothing processed, nothing after sundown.

That's it. That's the whole thing.

I'm not selling you a detox tea. I'm not promising you a smaller body. I'm handing you every recipe, every ritual and every list I use myself — and then I'm doing all twenty-four days right beside you, starting at three in the morning on 7 September.

The food does the physical work. The 3 a.m. hour does the rest. And the food is already cooked by the sun, so you'll barely turn on a stove.

It's free. Bring somebody with you.

What you get back

Four kinds of return

Twenty-four days is long enough for your body to finish what it starts. Here's what people tell me, in the order they tell me.

Your body stops working overtime

  • Bloating goes quiet — usually by day seven
  • No more four o'clock collapse. Energy just holds
  • You wake up before the alarm instead of fighting it
  • Your eyes change first. Other people notice before you do
  • Inflammation settles as the load comes off

The fog lifts

  • Mornings stop being something you survive
  • One task at a time instead of six
  • Your day is chosen by 6 a.m., not reacted to at noon
  • You stop negotiating with yourself before breakfast
  • By day eleven you stop thinking about food at all

You meet yourself first

  • Gratitude before the day asks anything of you
  • Stillness that isn't squeezed between obligations
  • FAITH — Focus, Alignment, Intention, Trust, Heart
  • Food made with intention carries that intention
  • Discipline as devotion, never punishment

Everything is energy

  • Living food carries a higher charge than cooked food
  • Script the day in the past tense and watch what shifts
  • Mantras rewrite the sentence running under your day
  • Breath is the lever between body and mind
  • What you take in becomes what you give out

These are things people report, not medical outcomes. No weight-loss claims here. If you're pregnant, nursing, managing a condition or on prescribed medication, talk to your practitioner first.

Non-negotiable

Twelve rules.
Follow them and you win.

Miss a day? Start again tomorrow morning. The streak was never the point — coming back is.

The accountability task

Post it. Every day.

This is the part that decides whether you finish. People who post quit less. It's not vanity — it's a witness.

01

One photo a day

Your juice, your plate, your 3 a.m. clock, your face at day nine when it's hard. It doesn't have to be beautiful. It has to be posted.

02

Tag it

Use the hashtag on every single post so the rest of us can find you and cheer you on.

03

Tag me

@chefashe — I'm reposting you all month. Stories every morning, and the best plates go to the grid.

04

Bring one person

Send this page to someone who'd do it with you. Doing it alone is twice as hard and half as fun.

Use this on every post

Twenty-four posts. Twenty-four days. One hashtag.

On 30 September I'm going through #septembercleansechallenge and featuring everyone who made it all the way. Be in that post.

Do this before the 7th

Your prep list

The people who quit almost always started without shopping. Don't be that person. Handle these three things this week and day one runs itself.

The kitchen

Clear it out

  • Coffee, sugar, dairy, and anything in a packet with more than five ingredients — out.
  • Cut your caffeine in half this week. Do it now and the day-three headache halves too.
  • Wash four glass bottles that seal. You'll fill them to the rim.
  • Clear a fridge shelf for greens and a freezer shelf for nuts.
The kit

What you actually need

  • A high-speed blender. The one thing worth spending on.
  • A cold-press juicer — or a nut-milk bag and strong hands.
  • A mandoline and a Y-peeler.
  • A dehydrator, or an oven on its lowest setting propped open.
  • Cheesecloth, a rolling mat, and a notebook for the journal.
The shop

One trip. Once a week.

  • Page four of the guide is the whole list with quantities.
  • Buy dates by the kilo — 800 g of that list is dates.
  • Soak your nuts the night before you make anything.
  • Freeze the dragon fruit, raspberries and bananas the day you get them home.
  • Organic wherever you eat the skin. Here that's nearly everything.

The night before

  • Soak the nuts. Press tomorrow's juice and fill the bottle to the rim.
  • Alarm at 3:00. Phone across the room so you have to stand up.
  • Write one line — the day you want tomorrow, in the past tense.
  • Read page three once more. That's your morning, in order.
  • Post that you're in. Tag it. That's your first one.

Straight answers

You're going to ask anyway

Is it actually free?

Yes. Subscribe and it lands in your inbox. On Gumroad you name your price and zero is one of the options. The challenge costs nothing, ever.

I can't get up at three.

Then get up at five and run the same sequence. The hour matters less than doing it before the world starts asking things of you.

How bad are days one to four?

Honestly? Hard. Caffeine and sugar leave loudly — dull headache, short temper, heaviness around day three. That's withdrawal, not your body telling you to stop. More water, earlier nights, keep going.

Do I need a juicer?

No. Blend with 120 ml water and strain through a nut-milk bag, twisting hard. Same juice, more washing up.

I'm starting late.

Day one is whenever you say it is. Start tomorrow and run your own twenty-four. Still tag it.

Will I lose weight?

I don't promise that and I won't. This is a food challenge, not a diet — you eat all day. What you'll notice is energy, sleep and clarity.

See you at 3 a.m. on 7 September.
